Mrs. Sloyer joined Pine Brook in April 2010 and has over eight years of financial and private equity investment management experience.  Prior to joining Pine Brook, Mrs. Sloyer spent three years as Fund Controller with Olympus Capital Holdings Asia, a middle market private equity firm that has invested approximately $1.3 billion in portfolio companies throughout Asia.  Prior to joining Olympus, Mrs. Sloyer served as a Manager in the alternative investments asset management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she began her career.  Mrs. Sloyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business in St. Louis, Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant.
