Comet Ridge Resources, LLC (“Comet Ridge”) is an early-stage oil and gas company pursuing opportunities in the Rocky Mountains and Pacific Northwest. The company is a joint venture between Pine Brook and Comet Ridge Limited, a public oil and gas exploration and production company listed in Australia (ASX: COI).

Comet Ridge is led by Andy Lydyard, President and Chief Executive Officer, who founded Comet Ridge Limited and built a substantial coal seam gas business for J.M. Huber Corporation in the Rockies.
