Syndicate Holding will provide capital to and manage a series of syndicates within Lloyd’s of London. The Company’s Lloyd’s vehicles plan to offer “reinsurance-to-close” to a number of the 102 open syndicate years that, as of year-end 2005, accounted for over ₤8 billion ($15.8 billion) in run-off liabilities. |
